RPGC is committed to protecting your privacy as a visitor to the Site.  The following provides an overview of how we protect your privacy during your visit.

Information is gathered in two ways: (1) indirectly (for example, through the Site's technology); and (2) directly (for example, when you provide information on various pages of the Site).

One example of information we collect indirectly is through our Internet access logs. When you access the Site, your Internet address is automatically collected and is placed in our Internet access logs. RPGC regularly analyzes data pertaining to visitor trends in order to enhance the Site and measure overall Site effectiveness. We consider this data to be confidential information

RPGC uses cookies on the Site.  Cookies are small files of information which save and retrieve information about your visit to the Site — for example, how you entered the Site, how you navigated through the Site, and what information was of interest to you.   The Site does not require visitors to accept cookies, although some features of the Site may not be available to users who do not accept cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change your browser to block all cookies or receive a warning before a cookie is stored and you can erase cookies from your computer.

RPGC also collects information when you voluntarily submit it. Throughout the Site, RPGC may provide the opportunity to order a white paper, or participate in an online survey. When we collect this type of information, we will notify you as to why we are asking for information and how this information will be used. It is completely up to you whether or not you want to provide it.

RPGC does not accept unauthorized idea submissions outside of established business relationships.   Without a clear business relationship, RPGC cannot and does not treat any such submissions in confidence.   Accordingly, please do not communicate unauthorized idea submissions to RPGC through this Site.   Any ideas disclosed to RPGC outside a pre-existing and documented confidential business relationship are not confidential and RPGC may therefore develop, use and freely disclose or publish similar ideas without compensating you or accounting to you. RPGC will make every reasonable effort to return or destroy any unauthorized idea submissions without detailed review of them. However, if a review is necessary in RPGC's sole discretion, it will be with the understanding that RPGC assumes no obligation to protect the confidentiality of your idea or compensate you for its disclosure or use. By submitting an idea or other detailed submission to RPGC through this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this stated policy.

RPGC does not sell lists, accept advertising, or generate any third-party revenue from the data that is generated from the Site. RPGC does not share data from any client with other clients.

There will be other times when RPGC needs to share information, for example, in the case of an event where we need to provide caterers with meal preference information.   Again, before you submit any information, RPGC will notify you as to why it is asking for specific information and it is completely up to you whether or not you want to provide it.

RPGC may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) comply with law or comply with legal process served upon RPGC, (2) protect and defend RPGC's rights or property or those of its users or (3) protect the personal safety of RPGC users or the public.

RPGC uses commercially reasonable efforts to store and maintain personal information to protect it from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction by any unauthorized use. While RPGC strives to protect your personal information, RPGC cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to it and you do so at your own risk.
