The Problem
An U.S. ATM/EFT Regional Network wanted to introduce a new Internet Banking service to its 2,000 + small and medium financial institutions in order to take advantage of a market opportunity.
The Project
Defined the market size and revenue/margin projections, defined product attributes, identified and selected providers, defined product positioning and marketing messages, oversaw product build, and managed product launch.
The Result
An Internet Banking offering projected to generate $4.2 Million in incremental revenues over three years.
