Product Marketing
The Problem
A computer manufacturer wanted to rationalize the software offerings of its multiple partners catering to the EFT/POS marketplace into a single cohesive marketing message.
The Project
Created a Marketing Program umbrella that featured all software partners, explaining their different attributes, rationalizing their functional overlap, and fostering joint selling efforts, underscoring the hardware platform's benefits as the foundation for the software selection. In addition to creation and management of the program, sales support efforts were also provided.
The Result
A successful marketing program that contributed $2Million per year in incremental revenue to the computer manufacturer.
