Strategic Planning

The Problem

An e-commerce payments services provider wanted to determine what strategy it should follow to increase its penetration in the US marketplace.

The Project

RPGC Group facilitated a strategic planning session with the company's principals, reviewing market outlook, revenue goals, company's strengths and weaknesses, obstacles and competitive pressures.

The Result

RPGC Group made a number of recommendations for a strategic direction that would rely on partnering, rather than use direct sales as a distribution channel which has already resulted in increased market penetration.
