What It Is

A review of the current payment processing practices and a comparison against established industry practices.  This review includes, but is not limited to:

• Customer set up rules
• Authorization rules and transaction approval rates
• Fulfillment and customer inquires handling
• Reconciliation and cash management
• Chargebacks management and fraud detection

Process

This multi-day effort focuses on the Client's operational processes and procedures using a RPGC Group copyrighted Functional Framework.

Deliverable

RPGC Group will deliver a document summarizing recommendations to optimize the payment handling process.  At the Client's request, RPGC Group can manage the project(s) that will lead to this optimization, including, but not limited to:

• Re-engineering the payment processing flow using Continuous Process Improvement techniques
• Define and document business requirements, identify potential vendors, run blind or open RFPs in order to change existing processes
