Request for Proposal/ Request for Tender Management
What It Is
RPGC Group - working very closely with the Client's team - will manage the Request for Proposals / Tender Proposal (RFP) either in an "open" or "blind" fashion.
Process
RPGC Group, working closely with Client, develops a Business Requirement document that becomes the foundation of the RFP. Using its extensive industry network, RPGC Group will assist identifying vendors matching the Client's requirements. RPGC Group will manage the mailing and responses of vendor's bids. Again, working closely with the Client's evaluation team, RPGC Group will lead the response evaluation process against the stated Business criteria.
Deliverable
RPGC Group, and the Client's evaluation team, will deliver a vendor recommendation as well as negotiating advice. If the process is being conducted "blind", vendors will not know the identity of the Client until the final decision is made and the selected vendor is notified. If the Client so desires, RPGC Group can also lead the negotiations with the selected vendor its behalf.
