A time and materials engagement where RPGC Group provides the necessary skill set to manage a payment product through all the different stages from definition to launch. RPGC Group can provide support for all or some of these stages including, but not limited to:
- Market research and market opportunity assessment, including competitive analysis
- Business requirements definition and documentation
- Financial aspect support (i.e. pricing, cost of support, expected ROI, etc.)
- Product "road map" definition, including building a Release schedule
- Technical oversight
- Creation of product positioning and supporting marketing messaging
- Launch support (i.e. Press Releases, Media Events, collateral material creation, internal support material)
- Sales support, when appropriate
