What it is

A service to Merchants and Payment Vendors to guide planning sessions, where company or payments strategies are being defined

The Process

Participate in strategic meetings to contribute payments industry knowledge.  If leading the meetings, RPGC will use methodologies such as Six-Sigma's DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control), brainstorming, Ishikawa's (fishbone) Cause & Effect diagrams, Paretto diagrams, process mapping, etc., to help determine desired goals, obstacles, and plans for going forward.

The Deliverable

Conclusions from meeting as well as additional recommendations RPGC Group feels are necessary for a successful strategy implementation.
